Impact & CSR

Impact And CSR is an integral part of all decision-making and actions, extending from senior management to every employee. Even though there is a long way to go, we have started to turn the corner. We are fortunate to be involved in caring for people every day – for patients, for consumers, for our partners and teams in all countries where we operate.

We should do so with pride because our activities promote health and well-being, support the economy, boost local communities and encourage social inclusion. And let’s not forget our initiatives to protect the environment and promote sustainable growth to benefit the greatest number of people possible.

Reducing our CO2 emissions

  • Rejoindre l’initiative SBTI : développer une stratégie de réduction sous 24 mois suivants des objectifs fondés sur la science.
  • Respecter les Accords de Paris et réduire notre empreinte carbone de 35% d’ici 2030 (calculées en tonnes de CO2 par m€ de CA).


Reducing the destruction of our waste

Biodiversité / déchets : réduire d’au moins 3%/an la quantité de déchets détruite (exprimée en gramme par unité produite).

Vogue avec un Crohn (Sailing with Crohn’s)

As a long-standing partner of “Vogue avec un Crohn”, MAYOLY has been supporting Pierre-Louis ATTWELL, a young skipper with Crohn’s disease since 2018. Pierre-Louis is achieving his dreams of participating in offshore races by raising awareness about Crohn’s disease and encouraging patients to challenge themselves.

Fondation Agir Contre l’Exclusion (FACE)

Since 2018, Mayoly has been involved with the FACE Yvelines club and regularly participates in the Job Academy, a 3-month mentorship conducted by volunteer employees with job seekers. This personalised support gives job seekers a one-to-one sounding board, and helps them to structure their job search through advice from professionals.

In 2023, thanks to the donation of skills from Mayoly’s employees, three out of four people made their career objective a reality: One permanent contract and two business start-ups.

The FACE Yvelines club is the departmental facilitator of the “Les entreprises s’engagent” (Businesses are committed) scheme.

Vivre comme avant

MAYOLY, via TOPICREM®, has partnered the “Vivre comme avant” association, an organisation dedicated to supporting women with breast cancer. It aims to help improve the lives of women at any point in their care journey.


  • 100% green electricity for all six of our production sites in France and China.
  • ISO 14001 and 45001 standards for the Dreux, Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and Tianjin (China) sites. And ISO 50001 standard for the Dreux site.
  • New premises in Rueil Malmaison: HQE and Breem building allowing a significant reduction in our carbon footprint.
  • Local initiatives for biodiversity and environmental conservation – LPO bird refuge sites, clean walk on the Isle-sur-la-Sorgue site, raising awareness about biodiversity at Dreux.
  • Carbon footprint assessment carried out for the years 2019 and 2022.
  • Our goal: To reduce our CO2 emissions by 3% per year and the destruction of our waste by 3% in line with the Paris Agreements.
